Fun is the formula for this fast paced class. Each week the students will play with new toys and learn new skills and games to keep them enthusiastic. The lesson begins with a warm-up, then the students participate in games and activities to improve coordination, balance, and overall fitness. Each class concludes with a relaxing cool down and stretch.
