Please inform the school that your child will be participating in the dynamic FITkids program as it may take up to 2 days for this registration to be processed.

My child is in good physical condition and is able to participate in physical activities. I understand that with all physical activities there is an element of risk involved. I agree not to hold dynamic FITkids or its insructors liable for injuries sustained by my child during his/her participation in the dynamic FITkids class.
